Handstand and Forearm Stand FUNdamentals



Flip over and play with handstands and forearm stands. 

4-WEEK SERIES INCLUDES

  • Preparatory poses for your shoulders, legs, and core

  • Simple drills you can practice at home. 

  • Plenty of time to workshop both poses as we move toward kicking up at the wall (or increasing your inversion time if you already kick to the wall)

The series is open to anyone who's seriously adventurous and ready to explore.

EACH WEEK WE’LL EXPLORE A SPECIFIC FOCUS

Week 1: Shoulders and Hands

Week 2: Legs and Hips

Week 3: Core

Week 4: Full Integration

Each session builds on the last until we arrive at a fully integrated expression of Handstand and Forearm stand

Yoga teachers - hang out for a 15-minute peek behind-the-scenes Q & A after each class.   YA CEUs available for RYTs


Inversions are not recommended for those with glaucoma, unmedicated high or low blood pressure, acute injury to shoulder, hand, or wrist.
