It’s time to Stand in Truth

A small circle for women who are longing to align with their deepest wisdom

In a life that is full of exhaustion, suffering and confusion, your sacred practice matters.

I know you’re busy and it feels like practice isn’t the priority with everything that’s happening. It’s easy to discount the sacred while you tend to everyone else.

But I believe sacred practice is of the utmost importance.   In fact, I believe it is an essential piece of knowing your next aligned step and standing affirmed when you take it.  Sacred practice reminds you what’s TRUE.

Imagine feeling confident to share your truth with the world

Practice Your Truth is a place for you to remember and give voice to what’s true for you.

Join a small community of women gathered to connect, speak, and listen alongside one another.  It’s like a warm nest where you are safe to be seen, challenged, and supported as you practice owning and expressing your truth.

Practicing together helps dissolve what’s in the way of your authentic voice.  As you get comfortable sharing your truth in the group it becomes so much easier to share yourself in the world.

Life’s challenges are overwhelming and exhausting, but you don’t have to face them alone.

Join the circle, sister, and Practice your Truth.

We gather in prayer

We gather in movement

We gather in stillness

We gather in silence

We gather to breathe as one

       Speak, Dear Sister, Speak

We grant you courage

to speak True

to become visible

to be held in our compassionate attention

to be heard with our every cell

 Why Practice your Truth Now?

We’re being asked to own our truths much more fiercely now.

Brené Brown says “Speak truth to bullish*t.”  But when your words don’t come, or they’re stuck in your throat it can feel impossible to speak up.  That’s why practicing in a small, warm group is so important.

Having a container to know and speak the truth has been pivotal in my life and for the women I work with. Magic happens when we open ourselves up to a larger community. And we need each other more than ever in these times.

 Three Threads of Practice

Sacred Experiencing

Truth lives in your experience.  We start each session with guided experiences like: yoga, meditation, sit spot, & others.  Starting this way to helps you slow down and remember your deeper knowing.

Speaking Truth

Next, we circle up to step into courage and vulnerability.   You are invited to take off your mask and express yourself freely.  Doing this teaches you to recognize and trust your authentic voice.

Whole-Hearted Listening

In addition, we’ll practice holding space for the fullness of someone else. Bring your presence and listen without shutting down or spacing out, and without trying to fix or judge anyone in the process.

“Instructions for living a life

Pay attention

Be astonished

Tell about it”

— Mary Oliver

 Q&A

What if I can’t make it to every session?

Your commitment to this group is everything. Showing up for every session is deeply important.  If you know you will miss multiple sessions, now is not the time to join. If you will miss just one session be in touch with me and we can decide if it’s a good fit.

Can I tell my friends the things that we say in the group?

This group is committed to confidentiality.  You are welcome to share your story and experience with your friends. But you may not share anything about other group members with anyone outside the group.

Do I need to have an advanced yoga or meditation practice?

No.  The emphasis is on your experience as you practice, not on skill-building.  Our sacred experiences are intended to be gentle and accessible for all.

How much 1:1 coaching should I expect?

Your individual attention will vary weekly.  Because we are meeting in as a group, it is likely that not all folks will be coached each week.  If you find you want more attention, you are welcome to sign-up for an individual coaching session with me.

Will I get a recording?

The sacred experiences will be recorded for you to download and keep.  The conversation and coaching are confidential and therefore will not be recorded.

What is your refund policy?

I do not give refunds for my workshops or programs.  Please confirm the details above before you apply.
