Unlock the Power of Themes
A 20-hour training
with Sarah Fischer E-RYT500 and Izzy Shurte E-RYT500
Convey the wisdom of yoga and
watch it come alive in your students.

Meet your Mentors
Izzy Shurte E-RYT500

She believes that yoga is the means to get the mind out of the way so that everything we seek can make itself known.
Sarah Fischer E-RYT500
Sarah has been teaching heart-centered alignment-based yoga in Richmond since 2007. She is known for skillful lysharing yogic wisdom in ways that touch the hearts and souls of her students. It is her hope that each class theme supports her students in their ongoing transformation.
