(VIDEO) Simple Guided Practice for More Ease
My dears - I don’t have to say it but we’re living in stressful times. This week I’m sharing a simple practice you can do to help you grow a sense of ease in your body/mind. This isn’t a yoga practice or a formal meditation - it’s about consciousness and returning to your natural state of ease. You can practice it anywhere, including right where you are as you’re reading this note.
Follow along with the video below, then try the practice on your own. It takes about 5 minutes and I recommend that you practice it at least twice a day.
