Every day you get to choose the people in your company.  Every day you have the opportunity to become Great company yourself.

True connection includes actual realtime interaction  - hearing people breathe, listening to their words, feeling their energy.

To recognize abundance is to know it as a flow, an experience, and energetic signature - not a number on a bank account.  Anyone can experience the flow of abundance at any moment.  

With all that has been happening in our country in the last two weeks my tender heart has taken a beating.  I've unconsciously upped my game in self-care and thought I'd share with you the things that have worked for me.

I am literally a different - more alive, powerful, empowered person on this side of 2016 because of the work I did and the people who worked with me.
